As a certified executive coach with 12 years of experience, I’ve been a trusted advisor and executive coach for hundreds of leaders focused on their own leadership development and success strategies. I work with public and private companies for one-on-one executive coaching for their key leaders. We tailor individualized roadmaps for the most effective leadership development priorities while taking advantage of each leader’s unique strengths.
Working with Stanford University and other graduate schools, my clients include alumni and executive program students who have extraordinary visions of change for their organizations and the world. I am honored to be their thinking partner in developing their success strategies across global cultures including Europe, Asia Pacific, the Middle East and North and South America. During 2006 -2007 I was the executive coach for the Stanford University Center for Entrepreneurial Studies Founders Forum for startup company founders.
My individual private clients all have very unique objectives, often with questions around their best personal success strategies in the current company or career strategies for next steps. Private clients spanned public company senior executive roles and high potential leaders in technology, finance and life sciences industries.
Prior to executive coaching my leadership roles spanned retained executive search, engineering, consulting services, product support and customer relationship management. As a manager in these roles I hired, coached and reorganized teams for success. This experience has helped me understand the importance of an integral approach to leadership development and creating a career and life with deep personal satisfaction as well as delivering corporate results.
